Yan Can Coleslaw

Makes: 6 servings

Ingredients:

For the Dressing:
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 Tbsps. soy sauce
2 Tbsps. sesame oil
2 Tbsps. honey
1 Tbsp. wasabi paste
1 Tbsp. chili garlic sauce

For the Salad:

3 cups shredded Napa cabbage
1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
1/2 cup shredded carrots
8 ears baby corn, cut diagonally into 1-inch segments
2 green onions, thinly sliced
5 oz. small cooked shrimp
2 Tbsps. chopped glazed walnuts

Instructions:

1. In a large serving bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Add cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, baby corn, and green onions and toss to evenly coat.

2. Garnish with walnuts. Serve chilled.
