Restaurant Favorites

In any Western city, you'll find a variety of Chinese restaurants, each highlighting a particular regional cuisine. If you're a seafood lover, or yearn for dim sum, go Cantonese; if you crave Peking duck or a hot pot, head to a Mandarin style eatery; if you're a fan of fiery foods, make your reservations where they serve Sichuan-Hunan. If you prefer rich, wine-marinated food, and you're lucky, you might even find a Shanghai-style restaurant nearby. Whatever style you choose, you're sure to find a special dish or two that keeps you coming back.
