Lemon Chicken

Makes: 6 servings

Ingredients:

1 lemon, thinly sliced
6 chicken breast halves, with bone
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped

Cooking:

Preheat oven to temperature 375°F. Arrange lemon slices in bottom of a baking dish. Top with chicken breasts. Combine melted butter and lemon juice in a bowl and pour over chicken. Sprinkle evenly with lemon pepper and parsley. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
