Steamed Tofu with Spicy Sauce

Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsps. sesame oil
1 tsp. chili garlic sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 green onion, chopped
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
One 16-ounce package soft tofu
2 tsps. furikakeor sliced nori

Cooking:

1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

2. Drain tofu and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices. Place in a wide shallow bowl.

3. Set bowl in a steamer basket. Cover and steam over high heat until heated through, 3 to 4 minutes. Spoon off liquid in bowl. Pour sauce over tofu. Sprinkle with furikake and serve.
