BAMBOO STEAMER
The intriguing and traditional Chinese bamboo steamer comes in a variety of sizes and will fit right inside a wok. For a 14-inch wok, buy a 13-inch steamer. The bamboo steamer allows slow dissipation of moisture through the lattice top, preventing excessive condensation of steam on your dish. Bamboo steamers are designed to stack one on top of the other, allowing several dishes to be cooked simultaneously.
