DRY FRYING
Dry frying is a technique of cooking stir-fried or deep fried foods with a minimum of liquid, then boiling away that little bit of liquid until the sauce clings to that food. This is a healthy, non-greasy alternative to deep-frying. Common dried fried dishes are dry fried green beans and dry fried squid.
