Frosty Lychee Lemonade
4 Servings
Ingredients:
1-1/4 lbs. canned lychees with syrup
1-1/2 cups frozen lemonade concentrate
2-1/2 cups water
1 cup crushed ice
Cooking:
Puree lychees (with syrup), lemonade concentrate, water, and ice in blender until smooth. Garnish with lemon slices or mint sprigs or thinly sliced star fruit.
