MEATBALLS TRIO IN SAVORY BROTH

2 cups water
6 dried black mushrooms, soaked and shredded
2 tablespoons chopped Chinese celery
1 red chili, seeded and slicedSeasonings
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1-teaspoon sesame oil
