TOFU AND BEEF DELIGHT
Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients:
Marinade
1-tablespoon soy sauce
1-tablespoon Chinese rice wine
2-teaspoons cornstarch3/4 pound flank steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Sauce
1/3-cup chicken broth
1-tablespoon oyster-flavored sauce
1-teaspoon chili garlic sauce1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 teaspoons minced ginger
1/2 medium onion, chopped1 14-ounce package regular-firm tofu, drained and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1-teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 teaspoons water
