PEARL TAPIOCA WITH SWEET MELONS
Makes: 4 - 6 servings
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons small tapioca pearls
4 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1/8-teaspoon salt
1 cup finely diced cantaloupe melon
1 cup finely diced honeydew melon
