
CRISPY-FRIED EGG NOODLES
Makes: 4 - 6 servings
Ingredients:
1/2 pound dried thin egg noodles
1/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken, cut into thin stripsMarinade
1-teaspoon light soy sauce
1-teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon white pepperSauce
1-cup soup stock
2 tablespoons oyster-flavored sauce
1-tablespoon dark soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons light soy sauceCooking oil
1 slice ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
5 dried black mushrooms, soaked and cut into thin strips
1 rib celery, cut into thin strips
1/4 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips2 teaspoons cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
