
BEEF AND SHRIMP CUCUMBER CUPS
Makes: 10 cucumber cups
Ingredients:
Filling
2 ounces ground beef
2 ounces raw shrimp, shelled, deveined, and finely chopped
1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
1-tablespoon light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/8-teaspoon white pepper2 cucumbers, cut into 1-1/2-inch lengths; seeds scooped out
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup chili garlic sauce
